We’re seeking a Gen Marketer - a next-gen, AI-augmented generalist who can orchestrate growth, brand, and product marketing in one role. You’ll be central to turning high-level strategy into cross-channel campaigns, moving fast, experimenting, and scaling what works.

About the Role

As a Gen Marketer, you’ll work closely with the founder to launch and scale our content, video, paid ads, ASO (AI Search Optimization), and affiliate efforts across channels like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta, Shopify Ads, and more. This is a role for a builder — someone who thrives on moving fast, working with AI, and making things happen.

What you'll do

You’ll own end-to-end marketing initiatives—connecting storytelling, distribution, and growth execution. Some responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact campaigns (big bets) combining fuel (content, narrative, creative) + engine (distribution, channels).

• Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, HeyGen, CapCut, etc.) to draft scripts, visuals, copy, video — then refine, iterate, humanize.

• Film, direct, and polish short-form video content when AI alone isn’t enough.

• Shape and direct the look & feel of creatives (ads, social posts, visuals), collaborating with designers or producing drafts yourself.

• Build and launch landing pages rapidly (via AI, Webflow, etc.).

• Write or supervise blog posts, product pages, positioning, narratives (with AI support).

• Publish and distribute content across site, blog, YouTube, socials, partner media, etc.

• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify, and emerging channels.

• Set up and monitor email flows: onboarding, reactivation, retention, affiliate outreach.

• Partner with affiliates, creators, and brand ecosystem to produce UGC, co-created content, and drive installs / usage.

• Dive into ASO - understand how LLMs, AI search, and evolving content norms affect discovery.

• Define and track key metrics tied to installs, trials, retention, LTV, and growth. Own optimization loops.

• Spot and adopt new generative / automation tools, AI workflows, and productivity hacks to scale your impact.

• Collaborate cross-functionally (product, design, engineering) to ensure content, messaging, and campaigns align with user insights, roadmap, and product advantages.
  

  
  

What we’re looking for
We want someone future-facing, scrappy, and deeply capable. Here’s an ideal profile:

• 3-6+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, Shopify apps, or growth-stage tech.

• Track record launching and iterating multi-channel campaigns end to end.

• Proficiency in generative AI tools for content, video, and experimentation.

• Deep comfort with TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, Meta, and evolving social / video channels.

• Ability to conceptualize, direct, and partially produce creatives (video, visuals, ads).

• Hands-on filmmaking / editing experience for short-form formats.

• Speed in building & shipping landing pages, A/B tests, funnels.

• Strong fundamentals in SEO, email marketing, affiliate / partner marketing.

• Metrics-driven mindset: able to define success, interpret data, and pivot quickly.

• “Doer” mentality: low ego, high resourcefulness, detail-oriented, loves moving fast.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

• Bonus if you’ve created explanation videos, product demos, or used AI avatars or tools for video storytelling.
